Do you know what plastic footprint is and why it is considered newsworthy worldwide? In layman’s terms, it is an indicator used to evaluate the impact of plastic waste associated with the functions of an organization or a country.
Plastic bottles, disposable diapers, plastic bags, straws, plastic beverage holders, bottle caps, old polyester cloths, cigarette buts, and toothbrushes are the most common types of one-time-use plastic we use on a daily basis.
By using one-time plastic, we are polluting both our lands and the ocean. Some actions must be taken to prevent the disaster that we are doing. By avoiding one-time-use plastic, we can step forward to prevent pollution and save nature.
