Viking Steel Structures’ Color Planner is one of our customer’s favorite tools. This tool lets you choose your building’s color from the 15 options that we have available. The Color Planner puts your building’s color in better perspective in your mind, making it easy to see if you’ve chosen the right color and trim. To use the color planner, simply click on the tool, select the product category you wish to optimize – whether that’s carport, garage, or barn. Hover your mouse over the different customizable options, including the roof, trim, and walls. Click on the color from the floating color palette in the planner to choose a color for each component. Play around with the Color Planner, tweaking your design until you discover the very best look for your building.
Component Visualizer
Use Viking Steel Structures’ Component Visualizer tool to discover the elements used in the build of your metal building. Each component is included separately in the visualizer, so you can better understand each component and why it’s required. Click on 20 different components and watch the screen to see the component “in action.” This tool can be useful when discussing your metal building or carport needs with your salesperson, since you can get a visual representation of the component on your screen. Custom Building Estimator
Our Custom Estimator tool is an invaluable helper during the design process for your metal building. Use this tool to create your building by selecting the type of building, the building’s dimensions, elements, and other customizations. Use simple slide bars to adjust the metal building’s desired width, length, height, pitch and the overhands of the sides and ends. You can also adjust for slope, choose colors for your building, ridges vents, wainscoting, lean-to additions, guttering, and more. Use the estimator to add doors and windows to finish your design.
